Computers will show nothing but garbled and unreadable characters from Monday until Thursday. The spirits in the apartments will become more and more restless. The kitschy, exceptionally Americanized Halloween decorations light the halls with a spooky, cobwebby cheer. And the invitation to the Jorogumo's party is a compelling beacon in your mind.

So you'll probably find yourself making your way down to the Love Hotel. It's done up in resplendent Halloween tat. The Madam is wearing a tiny maid's uniform and is more than happy to direct you to your costumes, and then into groups to help her get the last of her decor complete.

She advises you not to wear anything but the costumes she's given you. You have a choice of three, and of course you can change in and out of them if you want to keep them fresh! But you really ought to wear them, or the ghosts will get quite violent. There's rather a lot of them clogging up the town to come to her party.

The party itself will be on Thursday, from eight until late! She hopes they'll enjoy the Halloween festivites, and not be party poopers!

Otherwise, she might have to eat them (*^▽^*)

If the video contained a virus and watching it infected them all, then it only made sense that the virus would want them to replicate it. It had three options for growth here, through the three girls. Only Sabitsuki had figured it out, and that made a withering smile touch her lips. She was the only one who was going to die anyway.

She pushed open the door to the bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed.]

[After the reaction he'd had at the carnival, he wasn't feeling all that enthused for this. But he reminded himself that he'd promised, and he wanted to fulfill that promise. He sucks in a breath to steel himself, and then calls her.]

[The sound of electric guitar strings can be heard, plucking out random notes. Eventually it knocks itself into a recognizable tune.]

[The Once-ler doesn't have the same deep and rich voice as good Mr Cohen does, and thanks to his lip scars letters like 'm' and 'b' are difficult for him to pronounce and are much softer or even altogether skipped over. But it's a song, and he sounds like he's doing it because he hasn't in a while. To think he used to sing at the drop of a hat back home...]

You know... I'm getting majorly sick of this.

[Stir crazy? Yeah. It can make even terrible decisions seem like good ones. Yosuke huffs.]

Everyone I was friends with seems to have gone, and yeah, that's okay in the sense that they're not in this hellhole anymore, but... [But he's lonely. Souji, Naoto, Kai... even Battler was being scarce.

He breaks off with a harsh sigh.]

Look, I guess what I'm saying is that I want to do something. There's an arcade in town, right? Would it kill us to try to swipe a couple of hours of r&r from there? Not getting any fun is a surefire way to break down morale, right? So let's go do it!
